Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and delays in supply chains, orders are taking longer than usual to fill and deliver. During these difficult times, is working hard to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible, keeping our employees and the community safe. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your support. We're in this together.

Shipping/Delivery Information

We know our artificial grass products are heavy and we don't want shipping costs to be a problem when you buy them. That's why on orders over $499., shipping is Free!

Currently only delivers in Puerto Rico. For delivery to the island municipalities of Vieques and Culebra we will need to prepare a shipping quote.

Delivery rates vary depending on the product selected, quantity, size, weight, and destination.

Due to possible differences in size and weight of orders, uses multiple shipping service providers. At our discretion, orders may be shipped via LTL freight, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.

PO Box, APO/FPO PO Box Orders

Due to size, weight, and content restrictions, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address when filling out your shipping information.

Estimated Shipping Time

At, we place a high level of importance on quick shipments. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing.

Depending on your location and the product ordered, shipping and delivery time may be as follows:

• Artificial Grass rolls typically takes 2-8 weeks
• Artificial Foliage and accessories typically takes 10-30 business days
• Some items listed typically takes 5-10 business days

Shipment transit time will depend on size and weight of products ordered, warehouse location, destination, delivery method and carrier. Shipments may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, road/traffic conditions and/or other circumstances beyond our control. The carrier, nor are responsible for these situations and no refund will be granted for the shipment.

Some items may be shipped separately and have different delivery times.

Shipping and delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Our carriers do not deliver on weekends.

Once the order leaves the warehouse and we receive the tracking information from the carrier, we will send the tracking information to the email address you provided when you placed the order. shall NOT be liable for any economic or monetary loss, nor for any incidental or consequential costs, expenses and damages incurred by the buyer as a result of any claim brought against and its affiliates in connection with the shipment and delivery of the purchased items.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are unable to guarantee the exact delivery times stipulated above. Please be patient, we have not forgotten about you.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If your shipment is returned to due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer must pay all shipping cost to redeliver the order to a corrected address. is not responsible for the loss of the order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Residential and Commercial Delivery

Delivery to a residential or commercial address does NOT include unloading the product from the truck. All residential and commercial deliveries will be made curbside by all freight companies that are available to transport artificial grass. The carrier is not responsible for assisting in unloading material from the truck, nor does the carrier provide white glove service.

If you are unsure whether a transport truck will enter your street or community, be prepared to meet the driver at a convenient location to unload the load. The driver is not responsible for pulling into your driveway. Artificial turf rolls are large and heavy, so be sure to have the proper manpower and/or equipment needed at the delivery location to unload the shipment. has no control over additional carrier charges, access to gated or access-controlled communities, or knowledge of when the customer is unavailable at their home or business to accept delivery. Therefore, the purchaser must assume his or her own risk and will incur any additional charges made by the carrier. All residential and commercial deliveries require a signature at the time of delivery. is NOT responsible for loss or damage to packages shipped to residential or business addresses. Please make arrangements to be available when the merchandise is delivered.

Attempt to Deliver

If the carrier arrives at the delivery location and the buyer is not prepared to take delivery, the buyer will be responsible for paying all shipping charges to redeliver the order. In addition, the shipment may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Refused Shipments

Buyer is responsible for all transportation charges for refused or reassigned shipments. All refused shipments are subject to a 40% restocking fee and two-way transportation charges. There will be no refund or credit of any kind on refused shipments.


Buyer understands that is NOT an installer nor does it subcontract installations and is not in the business of installing or maintaining the product and has no liability to Buyer in that regard. has no control over the conditions under which the Buyer uses the product. Therefore, does not and cannot guarantee the quality of the results that may be obtained from its use. does not guarantee that the product will meet the Buyer's requirements or that the use of the product will satisfy the Buyer's needs. is not responsible for problems caused by the use, manipulation, or improper installation of the product by third parties after delivery of the product. is not responsible for injuries or damage caused by the product due to misuse or improper installation. advises the Buyer not to plan the arrival of installation personnel and equipment on site until the ordered product is delivered. is not responsible for costs associated with rescheduling installation due to delays in product delivery or installation claims.


If an item is out of stock, we will notify the buyer within 2-5 business days. Backordered items will be shipped once they are back in stock.


Due to the speed of processing and in order to provide excellent service and fast order processing, we do not accept order cancellations. Before placing an order, please make sure you are ready to place it.

Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that you have received incorrect items, please contact us immediately and we will help you resolve the problem.


Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

All returns must be authorized by within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If 48 hours have passed since receipt of shipment, unfortunately we cannot accept your return. All returns authorized and accepted by are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

In order to complete a return, you must contact within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return an order. We cannot accept returned items without an RMA. All returns must have an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the shipment. Returns must be received by us within 10 days of the RMA being issued.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They will be rejected by the manufacturer. Follow the instructions received with your RMA. Unauthorized returns (without RMA) will be refused.

Original shipping charges are NOT refundable. All return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns that arrive C.O.D. cannot be accepted and will be refused.

In order to be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and must be unused and in their original packaging. Used, damaged by misuse, neglect or intentionally altered items and unauthorized returns (without RMA) will not be accepted.

Because our artificial grass is cut to size and customized to fit each customer, we reserve the right to NOT accept returns of cut-to-size artificial turf rolls. Any product that is not cut to size, such as full rolls of artificial grass, accessories, and other products, may be returned.

Custom cut rolls of artificial turf, custom fabricated products, special orders, open boxes, closeouts, discontinued products, as-is sales, and overstocked items are final sale with no returns or exchanges for any reason.


Please note that all items are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please inspect your order upon receipt with the carrier and document any damage with the carrier.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting all items delivered and confirming that there are no damages or shortages before signing the delivery receipt.

Once the shipment has been signed for with a clean and clear proof of delivery, it is no longer the responsibility of the carrier or, therefore, all claims for damaged products, products with hidden damage or incorrect products will be rejected by the carrier and

If your order is received damaged, wrong, or mis-cut, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt, take photos of the shipment, the damage, and the label attached to the packaging (photos are necessary and required to initiate a damage claim and/or resolve any problems related to your order), and notify immediately.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. At our discretion, we may issue a refund or store credit.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-15 business days from the time your refund is received for processing.

Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 15 days after we process the refund for it to be reflected in your account.

If you are approved for store credit, you will receive an email with your store credit information.

No refunds or store credits will be issued for items damaged during return shipping. Properly insure items being returned as will not issue credits for damaged items; a damage/loss claim will need to be filed with the shipping company. All return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank or credit card account first.

Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange items if they were received defective or damaged.

Manufacturer's Warranties does not grant or imply any warranty of performance on any product. All warranties provided, if any, are manufacturing warranties. Warranty benefits will be honored by the manufacturer. During the 30 days following delivery of the merchandise, may assist the Buyer in the process of claiming the manufacturer's warranty. The Buyer exempts from any responsibility once the 30 days of delivery have elapsed. It is the Buyer's responsibility to consult the manufacturer's warranty for the merchandise ordered.
